Invited to participate in Post Forma, a workshop led by Martino Gamper with RMIT Design Hub, Awk-mented Reality is a project that plays with the concept of augmented realities – emerging visual experiences that are void from the physical environment. Enhanced interactive experiences are becoming increasingly acessible and inter-generational yet limit our connection to the real world. These cylindrical vessels are reminiscent of telescopes or kaleidoscopes and are assembles from repurposed mterials including discarded pipes, tap fittings and film imagery.
